A dynamic, growing, privately held thin-gauge thermoformed food packaging organization is seeking a strong Director of Business Development. The company is in need of a very strong hunter specifically in the grocery, food packers and processors, and QSR markets. Essentially, they need a dynamic business developer who already knows the business and industry, is aggressive, and can leverage their experience to increase top-line sales across the country.

• Must have a proven base of sales experience in servicing food packaging products, specifically in the grocery, QSR, and food processor businesses
• A solid base of knowledge and experience in thin gauge custom thermoforming is highly desired; understanding and working in a custom, ‘solutions-based’ environment
• Must bring a highly aggressive and active business development mindset
