A well-respected, growing company and leader in thermoforming is looking for a Director of Global Sales. The new Sales Leader will drive new business and assist in turning around a struggling business. Reporting into the VP of Business Development, this is a critical role that will have a major impact on the overall business results of the privately held company.

• Bachelor’s degree and more than 5 years of sales leadership experience preferred
• Turnaround experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of and experience in the heat exchanger/cooling tower industry is required
