A critical Director of Operations role for growing, thin gauge thermoforming manufacturing company is open. Working directly for the COO and with accountability for two sites, this is a highly visible role with room to grow. Though there is some instability – the need for strong leadership is critical – it is a great team that is ready for change. With high levels of ownership and strengths technically, the plants just need that strong leader that can develop solid KPIs, train up front line leaders, hold people accountable, implement systems, and more – in a respectful, building trust, servant-leader approach.

• Must have solid plastics manufacturing experience, thermoforming highly preferred
• Strong communication skills: floor-focused, working cross-functionally, and interfacing with the executive team
• Proven history of delivering results in key manufacturing leadership roles
