Director of Sales
A critical Director of New Business Development role for a growing, thin gauge thermoforming manufacturing company is open. Working for the VP of Sales and with accountability for a Regional Rep, this is a highly visible role. This will be a challenging role: there are high levels of frustrations due to operations issues negatively impacting the existing relationships with clients. The problems stemmed from leadership issues that have now been resolved and the time is right to turn the corner, repair what’s been impacted, and go after new business.
This is a great company that is rapidly growing and looking to expand its footprint in the west. With a recent acquisition to help support their growth and with strong leaders now in place, the time is right to make a big impact and rebuild the company’s reputation with timely customer service and great, innovative food packaging products!

- Must have strong history of working and selling into food processors, with rigid packaging experience highly preferred
- Able to work independently and with little oversight to drive and grow the business, mentor and coach your team, and build the book of business
- Proven history of delivering top line sales
- Must be located in a western state (CA is ideal)
