Dynamic and growing privately-held organization is looking for a new HR Leader to support the team. Strongly desire an HR leader with breadth of experience in employee relations, organization design, and strategic assessment and implementation. Reporting into the President of the company, this is a highly impactful role!
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven history of driving strategic change within an organization
- Culturally driven leader that is able to manage the day-to-day while working towards long-term initiatives
- Able to build and develop the team – both the direct reports and the front line leaders
