A new, mid-level Process Engineer role for growing, thin gauge thermoforming manufacturing company is open. Working directly for the Director of Engineering and supporting two local plants, this is a highly visible role with room to grow. With as much going on as there is and though you will be working on a team, the need is for someone to be self-driven, working to generate solutions to problems, and working hand-in-hand with the Operations Associates on the floor. Primarily focused on the extrusion side of the business, your base experience needs to be on that process and film manufacturing.

A capital project recently kicked off as well and having experience in being part of a project implementation team would be a major plus. It is a great role, worthy of exploration!

• Technically focused Bachelor degree; experience in plastics manufacturing is a must have with extrusion and films a very high want
• More than 5 years’ experience would be ideal; early to mid-career is the target given the growth plan and future opportunities
• Excellent communication skills are imperative given the dynamics of the team; bilingual skills would be amazing!
