A well-respected, growing company and leader in thermoforming is looking for a Product Line Manager. The new Product Leader will support new business through managing all existing products and developing new, innovative products in partnership with Sales, Designers, and Engineers. Reporting into the VP of Business Development, this is a critical role that will have a major impact on the overall business results of the privately held company.

• Bachelor’s degree and more than 5 years of Product Line experience preferred
• High levels of organization and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to manage and lead both through direct and indirect accountabilities
