Project Engineer
A well-respected company and leader in the thermoforming world (including equipment manufacturing) is looking for an experienced Project Engineer for their plant in Fremont, OH. The Project Engineer functions more like a combination of Tooling Designer, Sales Engineer, and Product Developer. Essentially, you will be working directly with clients in the development of tooling for their new product design, leading the entire effort and interfacing with the client to see the project through to commercialization.
The need is critical and urgent as they are missing out on business due to this opening. They strongly desire an engineer with great communication skills that brings excellent experience in thin gauge custom thermoforming. It is a highly visible role given the need to interface across nearly every function – operations, sales, engineering, and tooling.

- Bachelor’s degree desired; more than 5 years of hands-on thin gauge thermoforming tooling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with proven experience in working directly with external clients
