- This outstanding Senior HR Director is an amazing business partner that has tremendous experience leading multiple manufacturing plants across a very wide footprint, including international sites, and with accountability for up to 6000 FTEs and a direct team of 25 HR professionals across the plants.
- He brings excellent experience in training and documentation given his extensive time in pharma manufacturing, knows systems and implementation of those systems, and has had strong strategic accountability.
- Leadership strengths include the ability to be calm, direct, and knowledgeable, working extraordinarily well across all functions and levels.
- Why now? He was recently impacted and is actively seeking a great new role. He isn’t looking to relocate out of the Midwest and is very comfortable in a role that requires travel as he’s been doing that for the past 10+ years.
