- This strong Sales Leader brings over 25 years in total in sales, the most recent 10 in thin gauge thermoforming, and the last 3 focused exclusively on building a custom med device packaging business.
- He considers himself a very strong hunter, driving top-line sales growth. He performs successfully as both an Account Manager and a Sales Team Leader. He loves to lead… but also must be able to hunt and aggressively grow new business.
- Why now? He has been with his current organization for a long while, and though he has a tremendous book of business and is beating his targets by 50% (that’s an extra $1M in new business), the investment to deliver this new business isn’t there, and he is looking to make a change.
- Roles and titles that may align: Senior Account Manager, Strategic Account Leader, or similar. As mentioned above, mentoring, coaching, and leading a team are great, but the role must include business development as well.
