- 25-year highly accomplished Project Engineering Leader who is a Subject Matter Expert in leading and successfully executing highly complex capital equipment and construction projects in heavily regulated industries. With an overall accountability of up to $160M in capital projects that include everything from high-speed packaging lines to blister packaging, warehouse expansions, and more. This is your guy!
- His Why? Things have not gone well in recent history with his organization, and therefore capital investment wasn’t needed. Given his success, the company offered him a plant focused role, but he decided to go ahead and make a change.
- Titles are going to vary based on the organization, but it likely is a corporate-focused position with heavy emphasis on capital project execution and oversight, including M&A support. Senior Engineering Manager, Project Management Director, and similar. He has a lot of regulatory experience as I mentioned (pharma, food, med device, highly-sensitive foods) and plastics experience, but it isn’t his driver. It is all about the opportunity.
- Located in the Midwest and would relocate… but not likely. On a side note, he is very comfortable with the Spanish language; he can work readily in an expansion in Mexican operations, for example. He would not say that he’s fully fluent, but he’s capable.
- Though he doesn’t have explicit thermoforming experience, he has tremendous knowledge and expertise in plastics and highly automated systems.
