Keith Brown President & Owner
Prior to establishing Siena Group, Keith acquired 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, most recently as Director of Manufacturing Operations for bioMérieux, Inc. He also held manufacturing leadership operations roles at Perrigo Company and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Today, Keith leverages that experience to develop talent and build lasting relationships with hiring partners.
With a singular focus on thermoforming manufacturing and the many industries it serves, Keith is successful in quickly connecting great talent with great organizations. He approaches all engagements with a focus on service, integrity and excellence, allowing him to cultivate a broad network of talent and foster meaningful partnerships.
Lisa Willett marketing & operations
Lisa comes with more than 15 years in education – specifically teaching English and Bible at Christian schools – prior to taking the leap with Siena Group. As the Language Arts Department Head and Grade Chair, she also brings strong leadership accountability to her new role. Winning multiple Teacher of the Year awards, she was recognized as a key contributor and educator for the schools where she taught – and more importantly, to all those students whom she impacted.
Leveraging her many gifts and talents – creativity, organization, and communications, Lisa heads up all marketing efforts for the company, supports all back-end office administration needs, and drives operations efficiencies.
