- Highly experienced Plant Manager, with nearly 20 years in thin gauge forming and plant oversight.
- He has delivered results time and time again – from a 30% increase in OEE (yes, that is no joke!), to dramatic safety results (several years without an incident), and more… all wrapped up in someone who drives and achieves a continuous improvement culture!
- His Why? The company is bleeding badly, and some really great leaders have already either been laid off or left. A sale is imminent, and he is looking for stability and a great company to leverage his extensive skill and expertise in food packaging manufacturing.
- Titles that align are Plant Manager, Senior Plant Manager, or similar. He’s had accountability for two plants including P&L, sales, budgets – the whole ball of wax.
- Located in the Southeast, he is flexible on location but, being from the Midwest, he does not desire to move back to the colder regions of the country. He is actively searching but doing it quietly. Given his career, he is heavily networked and therefore probably won’t be around for long.
