- Gifted 20+ year Engineer and Engineering leader with a great breadth of experience in machine & tooling design, automation, manufacturing, engineering, project management, and leadership
- Strengths in packaging, thermoforming, metal forming, food, and CPG with a truly tremendous base of knowledge and hands-on experience across a number of processes and equipment
- Great pedigree (working for and advancing in a large, multi-national branded organization) with exposure to different facets of business including engineering, product design, and operations
- Excellent leadership skills and experience with a focus on building and developing strong teams
- Why now? Due to a family illness (care of aging parent), he needed to relocate which caused his role to be essentially 100% travel; looking for an opportunity to leverage his experience and expertise… with an improved work/life balance and not 100% travel
- Truly a talented engineer and engineering leader that is a high potential performer! Currently is not able to relocate at this time and therefore needs a hybrid style of role (moved around several times in his career, mostly in the southeast where he is currently located). Strongly desiring a company that really cares about its people, is stable, and provides opportunity for growth.
