- Operations Leader who brings extensive experience in thin gauge thermoforming. He started out as an Engineer in food packaging and has been there ever since, throughout his entire career.
- He has full regional P&L accountability for several manufacturing plants in multiple countries (taking advantage of his multi-language skills) and has accountability for about 600 team members.
- His leadership style is all about the team: listening, aligning, understanding… all of that to make sure he gets sustainable results. He is highly focused on culture, and he invests time on the floor (“in the trenches”) to affect change from the ground up. He’s very strong technically and understands thermoforming very well. He also brings significant turnaround experience in a variety of different environments, cultures, and locations.
- His Why? He was recently impacted as the company is enduring significant growing pains. He is seeking a new challenge and is willing to relocate or support multiple sites and travel as needed.
