- Rare, nearly 30-year up-from-the-ranks Production Leader who brings technical expertise in both heavy and thin gauge forming!
- As already mentioned, he is strong technically with knowledge of a variety of heavy gauge equipment, both inline and roll-fed thin gauge machines, and even has a solid base of experience in extrusion. As he developed, he grew into front line leadership roles and ultimately into Production Management roles. He currently is in plant leadership with a team of 40 people in a 24/5 operation; he was leveraged for both his leadership and his technical expertise. He has an excellent ability to develop rapport with the team given his extensive background.
- His Why? Though he was with the same organization for a while, there were some changes, and he decided it was time to make a change. He is looking for his next long-term role and desires to continue to learn and grow – in heavy-gauge or thin-gauge, it doesn’t matter to him – he’s looking for a great place to fit in and make an impact!
- He is based in the southeast, and though he would like to stay where he is, he is willing and able to relocate (with support). BONUS: He is fully bilingual in Spanish & English. He is energetic, upbeat, communicates effectively, and is floor-focused. Overall, he brings tremendous value!
