- Engineering Leader who brings strengths in packaging materials and materials development, automation, and product development across a variety of industries including food, CPG, and medical devices.
- With solid knowledge of materials in flexibles and rigid products, she brings a breadth of expertise to the table. Uniquely, she also brings project oversight, product management leadership, R&D and development – plus she has validation knowledge for Class 2 & 3 medical devices. Pretty unique!
- Her Why? She was brought on as a contractor to correct product and regulatory issues, which she has done successfully. The company is downsizing, and her contract is up. She really enjoys manufacturing and desires to be in that world with a focus on materials, materials development, application, and automation, either in an individual contributor role (Senior Engineer, Technical Engineer, Materials Engineer, Application Engineer) or in an Engineering Leadership position, or on the Product Development side. She’s pretty versatile!
- Located in the Mid-Atlantic, she is willing to relocate and brings a lot of value given her broad experience across materials, packaging, and production. One of her key results is driving significant OEE improvements.
