  • Sales Director and General Manager with tremendous experience and expertise in driving heavy gauge sales across a variety of products and industries — including industrial, healthcare, and more. He has built long-term OEM partnerships, negotiated complex commercial agreements, and consistently driven profitable growth through pricing strategy, VAVE initiatives, and close collaboration with operations.
  • He’s a ‘working manager’— leading Business Development Managers and driving new business. He’s a ‘no-nonsense, get-it-done driver’, bringing general management and operations experience to the table, driving profitability through leading Kaizen events. Most recently, he led a $60M thermoforming business unit for one of North America’s largest heavy-gauge thermoformers, with full P&L responsibility and oversight of a commercial team focused on strategic account development. A true hunter and closer, he enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and winning complex programs with OEM customers. He’s not a ‘sit behind the desk’ sales leader — he prefers being in front of customers and selling on value.
  • His impact includes:
    • Built a $15M healthcare account from the ground up, establishing the company’s presence in the medical market
    • Secured a 7-year defense program valued at $4M annually and a $10M/year Automotive/RV platform
    • Won AI infrastructure business valued at $3M–$5M annually, along with additional medical programs
    • Negotiated $1M in price increases (12%) with top strategic customers while successfully passing through resin increases over the past six years
  • Why now? After more than two decades with the same organization, a recent leadership change resulted in an unexpected separation. He has great relationships not only across his client base but also with his colleagues and previous president of the organization. He prefers smaller organizations that are in growth mode and appropriate titles are Sales Director, VP of Sales, or even General Manager.
  • Based in the Southwest, he is not seeking relocation but has easy access to travel and is comfortable supporting customers across North America.
