- General Manager/Business Leader with 30+ years of progressive experience across plastics manufacturing, engineered products, and co-manufacturing environments. He has a proven track record of leading P&L-driven businesses and improving EBITDA, gross margin, and operational performance across complex, multi-site organizations. His background spans full enterprise leadership across operations, sales, engineering, supply chain, HR, and finance.
- Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President for a privately held co-manufacturer, where he held full P&L responsibility and reported to the Board. In this role, he led strategic and day-to-day operations, generating $8M+ in new business while executing plant modernization initiatives, launching a new ERP system, and expanding into e-commerce. He also implemented cross-functional programs across safety, HR, and marketing to strengthen overall performance.
- Previously, as a General Manager and Division Leader within engineered plastics manufacturing, he led a $15M business with full operational and commercial accountability. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles focused on business transformation, revenue growth, and organizational restructuring, including doubling revenue and improving productivity and margin performance across multiple organizations.

That combination usually ends up as a General Manager role, but he can function as a Director of Sales & Marketing bringing his business relationships to the table all the way through Vice President/EVP position.
