- Packaging Engineering Manager with more than 10 years of experience developing medical device packaging solutions in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- He started his career designing thermoformed PET trays for a wide variety of medical device applications, including glass, vials, instruments, and other healthcare products. From there, he expanded into packaging development, validation, manufacturing transfers, regulatory compliance, and new product development — supporting products from concept through commercialization.
- Most recently, he has been leading packaging efforts outside of the medical device industry. While he’s enjoyed the management responsibilities, his passion is medical device packaging, and he’s looking for an opportunity to get back into the industry where he built his career. He’s especially interested in a role where he can lead a small team of designers and engineers while remaining hands-on with packaging design and development. He enjoys coaching and mentoring others but still likes solving technical challenges and contributing to new product development.

- Thermoformed packaging development for instruments, implants, vials, glass, and other medical devices.
- ISO 11607 compliance, packaging validation, design verification, and manufacturing transfers.

- Lean manufacturing, process improvement, and cost optimization.
- Why Now? For the past couple of years, he’s been focused on consumer products and is simply ready to get back to what he knows best — medical device packaging.
- He is located in the Southeast and is willing to relocate. He would be an excellent fit for roles such as Design Engineering Manager, Packaging Manager, NPD Manager, Senior Design Engineer, Project Leader, or other leadership positions within medical device packaging.
