- Sales Manager with nearly 10 years of experience with the bulk in food packaging and in both flexible and rigid platforms.
- He leads all marketing, sales, and strategy for a small $35M company and wears a lot of hats. He’s flexible, willing, and able to do whatever needs to be done. He’s recently implemented a new product line and a new CRM platform for the organization.
- His Why? Though he is not actively seeking a new role, his focus is very broad right now – ‘jack of all trades’ – which he is capable of doing. But, he is realizing that he desires to be more narrowly focused on sales. He enjoys leading and driving sales strategy and mentoring early career Account Reps.
- Currently located in the Midwest, he uniquely is willing to relocate as needed in support of the business needs. He has solid knowledge of thin-gauge thermoforming and has solid pedigree (working for a large corporation for the first 6-8 years of his career). Titles are Business Development Manager, if it’s an individual contributor role, or a Regional Sales Manager or Director of Sales, depending on the scope.
