FOUR Design Engineers
All desire to work remotely; they are willing to travel as needed but are not able to relocate at this time.
Design Engineer 1
- Brings over 30 years of experience in thin-gauge thermoformed packaging and products, with the bulk in designing food products. An up-from-the-ranks guy, early in his career, he also developed and supported tooling and tooling design.
- His Why? He worked for a great company over his many years but was recently impacted due to some restructuring that occurred. He is seeking a new opportunity to leverage his extensive expertise in thin gauge product and tooling design.
- He is immediately available and located in the Midwest.
Design Engineer 2
- Brings over 10 years of experience in tooling and product design in thin-gauge thermoforming, working in the CPG and food packaging space. Additionally, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset & approach; he ran his own wood and metal fabrication company for several years prior to getting back into the industry.
- His Why? Though things are going well, his current organization is disorganized and not engineering focused, and it’s not manufacturing – and so he is looking to make a move, specifically back into a strong manufacturing organization.
- He is located out west, in the southern California region.
Design Engineer 3
- Brings over 20 years of experience in product and packaging design, with about 6 years in thermoforming – most of it in the medical device and pharma packaging space.
- His Why? He was laid off due to a restructuring and is looking for a new role.
- He is immediately available and is located in Florida.
Design Engineer 4
- Brings 10 years of experience in thin-gauge forming with a primary focus on Tooling and Tooling Design. He was poised to be promoted to a Lead Designer, mentoring earlier career engineers and managing the most complex products and tools.
- His Why? Location, location, location. He needed to relocate to the south for some time and decided to make the move for family reasons.
- He is currently working for an injection molder but prefers thermoforming and the culture and environment is not near what it was with his previous thermoforming company.
If you are interested in any of these amazing Product and Tooling Design Engineers, each with a significant amount of custom thin-gauge thermoforming experience, please reach out! I’d love to put you together!
