  • Tremendous 25-year Sales Leader with nearly 20 years in thermoforming food packaging, bringing a very strong book of business with him! 
  • This particular leader has current accountability for a team of Business Development Managers, National Account Managers, and a customer service team, supporting the western half of the US. 
  • Why now?  There is a lot of turmoil in his current organization causing significant concerns about its stability in the coming months.  As a result, he has decided to start quietly looking for a new role.   
  • As far as titles, it really depends on the need: Director of Sales and National Account Manager align the best.  Though he enjoys the leadership side of his role – mentoring and coaching his team members – he must also have a component where he is client-facing, as selling is part of who he is.  Effectively you get two-for-one: a strong leader who also drives top-line sales in key accounts. He is currently in the West and not looking to relocate.
