• Results: Delivered double-digit complaint reductions, partnered with operations to drive continuous improvement activities resulting in millions of dollars in savings, rolled out best practice programs from the US to newly acquired sites in Europe, and more. 
• Experiences: Though the bulk of his career is in Quality [Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs] in medical device manufacturing, he also did a stint in a combined Operations role.  This provided critical perspective and enabled him to build great relationships across the operations and supply chain functions. 
• Culture & Leadership Style: He is highly active, hands-on, and leads by example.  In his time in leadership, he strongly believes that the human element is the most important asset for a team and company and works to ensure they are respected and supported.  He is highly collaborative and seeks to be communicative – both internally across the leadership team and externally, working in partnership with key clients and customers [they trust him, which tells you a lot!]. 
• Accountabilities: Leads an indirect team of 200 people across multiple sites around the world for a $100M organization in the med device space. 
• Next Role: He desires to continue to grow, work with an organization with a strong and valued quality commitment, and he would prefer a regulated environment in order to leverage all of his experience with ISO 13485 and Class 1, 2, and 3 med devices.
