  • Talents: First, he brings significant experience in custom thermoforming, including on the tooling and equipment side.   He also has strengths in international business, leveraging his language skills (fluent in French, comfortable with Spanish) and his high acuity for managing a variety of cultures and dynamics. 
  • Results: In a highly competitive market, he drove top-line sales by 30% over a 3-year period… with multiple million-dollar equipment deals.  In a previous role that was internationally focused, he delivered over 40% growth in a 5-year span. 
  • Experiences: Leveraging his language skills, early on he was tasked to repair a key customer relationship in France, and he never looked back — quickly becoming a gifted Sales Leader.  Bringing a variety of industry experiences, he has strong knowledge of thermoforming equipment sales and strong working knowledge of tooling, molds, and even advanced materials (including recyclables, renewables, and compostables). 
  • Culture & Leadership Style: He brings a “collaborative, listen-first approach” in working with fellow leaders and a “player-coach” for those he directly leads.  Clear communication is paramount for him — this includes both good and bad news, and delivers concise explanations.  He highly prefers verbal interactions and face-to-face discussions when possible.
  • Accountabilities: Full accountability (general management) of the US arm of an international business; significant international experience. He’s able to be more than sales and marketing because of his general management roles.
  • Next Role: On the low end, General Manager or Managing Director would align depending on the overall scope; VP/SVP of Sales with an international focus would make great use of his language skills and experience.
