She knows how to leverage a sales team in an overall approach to Commercial Operations that increases both revenue and margin. Her specialty is all about “moving teams to profitability.”
  • Results: Early career sales results were increases in net sales of 10% over target as an individual, more than $20M in EBITDA improvement as a leader in one year… followed up by nearly the same amount the next year! As her scope increased, so did her results. One of the larger scope roles, she delivered nearly $100M in revenue and margin improvements.
  • Experiences: Sales experience in food products and packaging leading up to SVP roles in Sales and Commercial Excellence. She founded a company specializing in assisting organizations to drive profitability through value management and negotiation strategies. She has experience in working with private equity companies to assist in turning around struggling acquired companies.
  • Culture & Leadership Style: She’s driven. She loves challenging, dynamic, and high-stakes environments… within a strong, collaborative leadership team that is focused on the same goal. She’s an expert in change management and driving teams to exceed goals. She is also able to navigate complex situations and dynamics.
  • Accountabilities: Has led large global sales team of over 700 people with revenues up to $300M; fully accountable to manage dynamic and critical negotiations and contracts. She’s headed the integration team post-acquisition. She’s had full accountability to increase top line revenue growth via improved and novel approaches.
  • Next Role: She is ideally seeking a CRO opportunity for companies in the $150M to $1B in revenue. She’s looking for an organization that is focused on increasing profitability – be it a turnaround, a PE-acquisition, or similar. Her sweet spot is helping the company make money through getting people to do something better or something they’ve never done before, finding profit leaks and closing them quickly — all through people, process, negotiations, and other ways.
