• Talents: A strong Manufacturing Operations and Engineering Executive with over 30 years of experience and significant time in thin-gauge thermoforming. He’s a gifted leader in plastics manufacturing who knows how to establish the right structure to deliver results – fixing and transforming plants and establishing new standards for highly efficient operations. And he is flexible, bringing the capability of leading Operations, or Engineering, or both – whatever is needed for the organization. 
• Results: He’s delivered excellent results over his career: significant quality improvements, productivity improvements, cost savings and cost avoidance (in the millions of dollars), and more. He’s helped get a startup company humming through organizational design and restructuring of labor and changed the culture to be one of high ownership and shifting the mindset to reliability versus repair.   
• Experiences: He’s worked for larger companies with multi-site accountability (both operations and engineering) and more recently for a rapidly growing startup in need of his extensive and broad experience in plastics.
• Culture & Leadership Style: He’s a no-nonsense, make-things-happen type of leader. Culture is very important to him and he seeks to be inclusive, working to dramatically increase ownership and accountability throughout the organization, and flat out gets results in the right way. 
• Accountabilities: Multi-site or full organizational accountability for manufacturing operations and/or engineering. 
• Next Role: He is seeking a VP of Manufacturing, VP of Engineering, VP of Operations or even a Director-level role with a growing organization in need of his extensive experience in plastics manufacturing. BONUS: He is willing to relocate. He is currently out west and is looking to get to the midwest or the eastern seaboard.
