- Experiences: Strengths in automotive manufacturing, plastics manufacturing, and even medical devices, he has extensive international experience. Data driven, he brings teams along and helps them adjust to a continuous improvement mindset.
- Culture & Leadership Style: Compelling, engaging, and quickly gaining the trust of team across all levels. He digs into every aspect of the business to root out waste. He believes in leading through KPIs and focuses on SQDC – Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost – to deliver results.
- Accountabilities: Having headed a startup as President, he grew the business over 20 years prior to selling it and currently is a VP of Operations with a global scope… and everywhere in between.
- Next Role: He is looking for his next new challenge and is exploring all options, including roles at the Plant Manager, Director, and VP levels.
