- Talents: He is the full package! He brings very strong market knowledge and developing strategies to drive revenue, building and leading sales teams that deliver at a high level, excellent knowledge of the food packaging industry, and a very strong technical acumen for thin gauge forming.
- Results: He has more than doubled the revenue in his current organization, leading the growth through leveraging new channels, driving and developing new national accounts, and significantly strengthening and expanding existing accounts.
- Experiences: Heading up a nationally focused sales team, he started out west in flexibles and then shifted to rigid forming in food packaging for small and successful manufacturing company. He’s headed up Sales teams for nearly 15 years.
- Culture & Leadership Style: He is a ‘do-whatever-it-takes’ leader! He gets in the mix in just about every capacity – coming alongside manufacturing, providing insights in other functions, and more. He jumps in with both feet! He invests fully with very high levels of ownership, leads by example, and comes alongside his team to close deals. Again, he’s a ‘get it done’ kind of guy.
- Accountabilities: National leadership, heading up the sales function for an organization, ~$100M in annual revenue, delivering big results with lean teams.
- Next Role: He is seeking his last role, and it can be at the VP level or even a National Account Director, if the scope aligns. Though he’s been nationally focused for some time, he brings tremendous knowledge of the western markets. Given his extensive experience in food packaging, he is best served to take advantage of all of that knowledge and business contacts.
