- Multiple High-Level Manufacturing Directors who bring multi-site accountability and high-levels of turnaround experience… who are passively looking for their right next move and right next role.
- Leading teams of 600 up to 6000 people, (though not all come out of the thermoforming world), ALL are accomplished leaders in complex manufacturing environments!
- 3 leaders are multi-lingual; 4 are Black Belts; ALL bring turnaround experience; 2 leaders were leveraged a few times by private equity companies to fix a recent acquisition; ALL flat-out get results!
- Their “Why Now” is obviously varied. Several have been recently impacted due to financial crises and a couple are looking for a new challenge. ALL are open to relocation and/or support multiple sites and travel as needed. Titles range from Manufacturing Director up through VP of Manufacturing/Operations, depending on the scope and need.
