- Multi-Site Operations Excellence Leader with 25+ years of progressive experience across food and CPG manufacturing, spanning plant leadership, multi-site operations, and corporate continuous improvement. He has a proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation across complex manufacturing networks while driving measurable gains in OEE, cost, safety, and quality performance.
- Most recently, he served as a U.S. Operations Excellence Manufacturing Program Leader, where he leads enterprise OpEx strategy and digital transformation across multiple manufacturing sites. In this role, he is currently directing a large-scale SAP ERP deployment across the U.S. network, building cross-functional alignment across operations, finance, procurement, and logistics while improving data-driven decision-making.
- Previously, as an Operations Excellence Leader and Business Transformation Leader, he implemented Lean Six Sigma and TPM-based initiatives that improved operational performance, reduced changeover time, and eliminated transactional inefficiencies across multi-site environments. Earlier, as an Industry 4.0 Digital Product Owner, he led manufacturing digitization efforts, deploying real-time dashboards and data integration tools to improve visibility and accelerate decision-making on the shop floor.
