- He brings a rare combination of hands-on tooling expertise, engineering depth, and operational leadership – having started his career as a toolmaker and later owning his own tooling business. This foundation gives him a unique ability to translate product concepts into manufacturable, scalable production solutions.
- Most recently, he has led manufacturing and product development efforts delivering significant operational improvements, including a 40% increase in OEE, major reductions in lead time, and successful launch support for millions of dollars in new product revenue. He is highly experienced working across internal teams and external customers, serving as a key technical partner in designing new products and improving existing ones.
