- Plant Manager: 25-year packaging manufacturing vet, coming up from the ranks into Plant Manager roles with several years in thin-gauge food packaging.
- Having worked in a variety of roles, he brings great perspective and has a proven history of delivering amazing results: most recently improved productivity by 20%, reduced waste by 20%, implemented a new CMMS system, and more. Really amazing results!
- His focus is safety and training & development – and all other things flow from there. He invested in hiring a 5th Supervisor for his 24/7 plant who was focused on developing and executing training & development (and providing a much needed backup); that was a key driver on delivering the above results. His passion is all about the people and the team!
- Why now? His previous company was unstable, and he was impacted. He is looking for a strong company to leverage his extensive experience and help a team and company improve.
- The right role for him is Plant Manager, having led sites up to 200 people. Production Manager would also work, if it was a large enough team and the scope and need was there. He’s also willing to relocate, focused more on the southeast. He’s willing to go to the right company for all the right reasons.
