- As an up-from-the-ranks leader, he can quickly develop rapport with the team. He brings a very high level of knowledge of thermoforming and extrusion – in processing and maintenance. And, he specializes in being able to provide both stability to a team and improve the culture of the team. That’s how his leadership style works!
