He brings 30+ years of manufacturing experience – including 15+ years specifically in heavy-gauge thermoforming – with strong expertise across engineering, CNC machining, product design, manufacturability, and plant operations.
- He has led full plant operations with complete P&L responsibility, including sales, engineering, production, tooling, and manufacturing. He really functions like a business owner: drives efficiencies, develops new products, improves margins, supports customers directly, and understands how to grow a manufacturing operation the right way.
- Most recently, he helped grow thermoforming operations from essentially $0 to $8M annually through insourcing initiatives, capital investments, and operational improvements. He also led major efficiency gains through lean manufacturing initiatives, quick-changeover implementation, scrap reduction efforts, and capital equipment expansion.
