- Strong Production/Plant Manager: 35-year packaging manufacturing vet, coming up from the ranks into Production Manager roles, with nearly 30 years in thin gauge forming (focused mainly on the extrusion side of the business).
- He worked his way up, from Reclaim Associate up through Production Manager, leading a team of 100 people in a complex manufacturing footprint. He successfully turned around a struggling team and delivered significant results: decreasing waste by nearly 10%, improving quality by a ton, and safety from nearly 20 incidents a year to less than one… and sustained it year over year!
- With the significant combination of technical skill and leadership in extrusion (supporting thin gauge forming)… and being willing to relocate, he brings tremendous value!
