- 25-year Sales & Marketing Director with extensive experience in marketing and sales in the food packaging industry.
- Supporting over $100M in annual sales, she started out in sales, shifted into marketing, and now back into sales, leading over 20 people and supporting key national accounts. She’s a both/and: leading a team and being client-facing.
- She uniquely brings strengths in process optimization. She has worked to improve efficiencies in the sales processes and systems, including leading an implementation of the sales function within an ERP rollout, and customer engagement – all of that is driving revenue. Nearly all of that is direct-to-client sales experience. Again, she knows how to drive top line revenue growth!
- Why now? Recent financial struggles led to her being impacted. She is seeking a structured and stable organization with a strong culture in the food packaging industry… that is willing to leverage her ability to drive change. She’s a change agent! She can step in, assess processes, and effect change and improvements.
- She is currently based in the northeast but is seeking to relocate to the Chicago region. Remote roles obviously align given her targeted titles of Sales Director, National Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar. She can serve in a purely business development role or function as a leader of the sales team – or both; it’s wherever the need is. She is versatile!
