- 20-year Sales Leader, all in printing and packaging and across CPG, food processing, and spirits and wines – and 100% in a custom-build environment.
- Interesting and blended career, bringing accountability in direct business development, sales leadership (8 directs across the country), and most recently was a General Manager, supporting a 100+person manufacturing team and sales team.
- Though he really enjoys the leadership aspect of his role, and specifically in mentoring and coaching newer sales team members, he really must also have an aspect of hunting and business development. He is seeking a team that works well together to help him be better and to help the team be better.
- His Why? His most recent role did not align well. He endured a struggling culture for two years, and though he implemented changes and sought to improve results in both manufacturing and sales, he decided it was time to make a change.
- Though he can most certainly lead – functioning as a GM and being accountable for both commercial and manufacturing operations, he is open to also seeking Business Development Manager roles in order to keep him in front of clients and driving new business. He is located in the Midwest and is immediately available… but probably won’t be for long.
