- Sales Director who brings more than 20 years of experience in packaging and plastics sales across healthcare, food, personal care, and industrial markets.
- Nationally focused with more than $150M in annual revenue accountability, he has a proven history of driving sales – in spite of market downturns, lack of investment, and more. Additionally, it isn’t just about top-line sales: he’s also improved overall profitability and margins while working and supporting large multinational client companies.
- What is his Why? Though actively recruited by a Private Equity Board to lead a critical piece of the business, the executive leadership has changed multiple times during his tenure, and the most recent CEO change impacted him (the CEO brought his senior leadership team onboard). Though frustrating, it happens, and he is looking for his next key role.
- Regarding his title, he isn’t really focused on it, but Director of Sales, Senior Director of Sales, and VP of Sales align, depending on the scope and need. Very importantly, he wants to continue to lead a team, helping a company deliver results through that team. He isn’t a “clean house” type of leader when he comes into a new team. He knows how to assess, embrace, and adjust based on the talent that exists, investing in training and coaching, and ultimately makes the team function at a much higher level than before.
