  • Having led a large team of external brokers (50) and a team of 6 direct reports (Business Development Managers) in a regional role, she has a broad understanding across a variety of sales channels: key account development, regionally, nationally, corporate accounts, and similar.
  • She is a hunter and a farmer — doing the work to land a new client and then investing in them for long term growth. She is highly relational and invests time and energy to get in front of clients, traveling to and meeting with actual people to develop strong and lasting partnerships!
  • Her Why? Though a long time employee with her previous organization, the current leadership has a highly micro-managing style and the environment has gotten quite caustic. So, she decided to make a move.
