- 20-year packaging Sales Manager, with more than 15 years in thin gauge food packaging.
- Based out west, he is a strong business development/hunter with proven experience to deliver results and top line sales in grocery and food service, with both direct to clients and distributor relationship selling. A nice combination!
- He has a history of delivering dramatic increases in gross sales: more than 30% in his current role… and even better than 50% in a previous role!
- Why now? He is having tremendous success, helping grow a US-based business from an international company… but he is struggling, because the company is not delivering the products! Though he is working through it, the focus has shifted to covering for the missed orders and lack of customer service emphasis, and it’s been tough.
- He is looking for a great company that is growing, with domestic manufacturing, with a strong focus on high levels of customer service, and that needs his ability to deliver new accounts… because he will deliver new business! Though he brings a lot of relationships in the west, he is nationally focused and seeking a National Accounts Manager or National Accounts Director role.
