- High potential leader as he has grown into a Senior Manager/Director level in under 10 years!
- Strengths include a strong hands-on leadership & mentorship style. His skills include project management, material development/analysis/specification, extrusion, injection molding IML, thermoforming, tooling specification, design and deployment, process engineering, continuous improvement, and more!
- Why now? Though the company is growing, he has endured a lot of change with a leadership revolving door, so he’s looking for a change; desires a BIG challenge with continued opportunity to learn, grow, and develop.
- Appropriate roles for him are Senior Manager or Engineering Director leading engineering, product/process design, projects, and maintenance – or any combination that aligns – either at a large site, multi-site, or at a corporate level.
- He’s targeting the Philly region, but willing to travel in support of multiple sites and locations.
