- Technical Leader: Thin-gauge Thermoforming SME who also brings experience and strengths in leadership.
- As an up-from-the-ranks Operator right out of high school, he’s progressed through Supervisory roles and a senior-level Process Engineer supporting multiple thin gauge lines. He has extensive knowledge of all things thin-gauge manufacturing, including processing, troubleshooting, maintenance of the equipment, and cast extrusion… and has also lead 100-person teams. He’s pretty strong!
- His Why? Recently, he was impacted due to a reorganization. He’s looking to leverage his technical abilities in thin gauge forming – seeking a place to grow and make a lasting impact.
- He is located in the southeast and is willing to relocate, targeting the Midwest but is flexible. With a very strong floor focus and experience with a variety of manufacturers (Lyle, Brown, TSL, and Kiefel on the forming side; Welex, Davis Standard, and Battenfeld on the extrusion side), he is very versatile and can function as a Process Engineer focused on a plant, Technical Leader and support multiple plants, Production Manager, or a Continuous Improvement Manager.
