- He was hand-picked to support a greenfield startup, getting the equipment up and running, establishing maintenance PMs, setting up and executing training, and more! He is truly an SME in thin gauge forming and interacts well across all functions and teams.
- Why Now? The company is growing, but he doesn’t have a lot of opportunities to advance. He is looking for a chance to continue to make a technical impact and be mentored into leadership roles, either in Engineering or Operations.
- He is currently out west and willing to explore relocating to other areas of the country. He is a native Spanish speaker, and though he is bilingual, he isn’t quite at the full C2 Mastery level.
