- Up-from-the-ranks, 20-year, thin-gauge Tooling Engineer. He’s supported a variety of food and CPG packaging over the course of his career with one organization.
- With accountability to lead full tooling projects from inception through end of life, he works across all functions and teams, including leading their R&D efforts in tooling.
- Bringing tremendous knowledge and abilities in tool making, design, and engineering, he also works with Process Engineers to better understand the manufacturing equipment and applies it to his tooling work and leadership.
- Why now? He’s endured a lot of growth and some ups and downs with his company. Though he isn’t actively looking for a new role, he is exploring a change and a new challenge.
- He is based in the Midwest… and is willing to explore relocation! He does have some family dynamics to work through, but he is open to thinking through new opportunities and locations.
