- Vice President of Manufacturing: 25-year packaging vet in plastics manufacturing, including many years heading up the entire manufacturing footprint & organization.
- Strengths: Subject Matter Expert in turnarounds! He brings a very strong A3 mentality and approach, combining a broad reach and scope with a floor focus enables him to drive engagement and improve morale.
- His why? He was recently impacted due to private equity changes in his current organization. He is seeking an opportunity with a strong company to make an impact and is looking for broad scope and a change to grow and continue to advance his career.
- Titles that align will be Manufacturing Director, Director of Operations, and VP of Manufacturing, depending on the scope. He’s led multiple sites (up to 14) and teams of as many as 1000… but he also functions just as well leading complex manufacturing across a smaller footprint. He’s very flexible!
- Currently located out west, he is willing and able to relocate and/or travel as needed!
