- From a scope standpoint, he has had full sales and marketing accountability for a $400M business, leading all sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- He has a proven history of delivering results, in spite of what was a constant state of flux during his time in his previous organization. He has the very strong ability to assess the team and talent and adjust as needed to better align skills, develop people, and improve the organization.
- His Why? Yet another CEO change, and this time, the new CEO brought on his VP of Sales. He is looking for the right leadership role in small to mid-size organizations, desires to influence the direction of a business, and stability and consistency would be ideal!
