The Worst Kind of Counteroffer!
As the video stated, I do not need to belabor this topic… but I am going to interject and share the one that I believe is the worst kind. The delayed counter. The one where you have already left and started your new role. The one where the new employer is starting to see what could be with the talent you brought to the team. The one where the only winner is the previous employer.
Don’t do it! Eventually it will come back to haunt you.
