Thermoforming Report

September is Global Company Culture Month

Company culture is the continuous pursuit of building the best, most talented, and happiest team we possibly can.” Andrew Wilkinson

How do YOU define “company culture”?

As your Thermoforming Talent Partner, Siena Group believes culture is more than a statement on a wall or a line on a website. It shows up in how leaders lead, how companies hire, how employees are developed, and how people experience the organization every day.

Over the past year, we’ve explored many of these ideas in our blogs and Thermoforming Reports. Here are a few of the highlights:

From July’s Blog: The “perfect candidate” may not exist – and waiting for one can mean missing out on great talent. Strong hiring comes from knowing your true must-haves, recognizing potential, and finding the person who can make an impact in the right environment.

From June’s Thermoforming Report: As technology adds more noise to the hiring process, the human side of hiring becomes even more important. Strong hiring decisions depend on leaders who are prepared, curious, and able to uncover the evidence that reveals technical skills, culture fit, and leadership style.

From May’s Blog: Culture, leadership, engagement, and talent aren’t separate initiatives – they work together to drive performance. Companies that connect people, accountability, and business outcomes create a culture where talent becomes a true operational advantage.

From February’s Blog: Hiring is a two-way street. Candidates are evaluating a company’s culture, leadership style, and values just as employers are evaluating their skills and experience – making the hiring process an important opportunity for both sides to determine whether the fit is right.

From March’s Blog: Plans rarely go exactly as expected – and hiring is no different. Flexibility, speed, strong partnerships, and the ability to adjust when circumstances change are essential to building organizations that can keep moving forward.

From May’s Thermoforming Report: Strong leadership and engaged employees can have a ripple effect across an organization. When companies recognize talent as a measurable driver of performance, they can make better decisions about leadership, development, hiring, and culture.
